Where are you based?

We are based at Body Happy Lewes Gym.

The treatment room and gym is located in the basement. There is a lift available if required. 
 
When you arrive, please take a seat in reception area.
 
Your Physiotherapist will then come and get you and take you to the clinic room. We advise you get there 10mins prior to the session.

Question 2

Is there parking available?

Accepted Answer

There is no parking on site.

To park, there is a short stay car park a 2 minute walk from the clinic (Friars Walk).

If you are getting a lift, you can be dropped off out the back under the archway.

Question 3

How much are appointments and how long do they last?

Accepted Answer

Initial assessment is £60 and will last for 45 min
 
Follow up appointments are £45 and will last for 30 min

Question 4

What should I expect from the Initial Appointment?

Accepted Answer

The initial appointment is a chance for you to tell us about your presenting issue and what made you reach out for help.
 
We will also ask you some more in depth questions about the issue before completing a physical examination.
 
Following this we will be able to provide you with a clinical diagnosis and commence on a treatment plan and goal setting for management of the condition.

Question 5

What should I expect from a Follow Up Appointment

Accepted Answer

In your follow up appointment we will be able to see how you have been getting on since your initial session.
 
We will look to re-assess clinical markers for signs of improvement.
 
We will look to continue treatment - manual therapy techniques if required and progressions for your home exercise programme.

Question 6

What should I wear to the appointment?

Accepted Answer

We advise that you wear loose fittng clothing. There may be times where we ask you to partially undress for examination (with your consent).

Question 7

What if I can't attend the appointment?

Accepted Answer

You can cancel/re-arrange the appointment free of charge if you provide over 24 hours notice.
 
If you cancel with under 24 hours notice there is a £20 fee.
 
If you do not turn up to your appointment there is a £20 fee.
